Natural Breath Method
We begin by reclaiming our natural breath- deep, grounded belly breathing. From there, we move into breath awareness, learning to sense and feel the breath as it is. This awareness becomes the foundation for balancing practices, including slow, calming breaths and more energizing, rhythmic breathing. Ultimately, we arrive at pure breath observation- where the breath guides us back to presence, clarity and inner stilness.

Diaphragmatic (Belly) Breathing
Humans are called belly breathers because when we breathe optimally, we primarily use the diaphragm, a large muscle beneath the lungs. When the diaphragm moves, it expands the belly.

Breath Awareness
Awareness is the felt sense of one’s breath. When we become aware of our breath, we begin to notice when we hold it, when we lose it, and when we move through life without it. It’s not about changing the breath but feeling and meeting it.

Alternate Nostril Breathing
Our body and mind thrive when they’re in balance- but in everyday life, we rarely stay there for long. We swing between stress and fatigue, doing and overthinking, logic and emotion. Alternate Nostril Breathing is a practice which gently guides us back to center.

Rapid Breathing
Learn to observe your body breathing and feel the breath’s natural wave. Let these two observations calm your mind and experience peace from within.

Slow Breathing
Regulate your autonomic nervous system to directly lower stress levels. Maintain calm and bring yourself back to ease in challenging situations.
